A first for professional dance training in BC! Perform Art Studios in North Vancouver proudly announces it's new and innovative full day Dance Academic School Program. This program is designed to allow serious dance students the ability to pursue their professional dance training and academic schooling together, in the same location. In staying with Perform Art Studio's philosophy of small classes, personal attention and quality training, a maximum of 10 students will be accepted at each academic grade level.
Professional Dance Training:
The professional Dance training is under the guidance of Artistic Director, Miranda Widgery-Webber and Perform Art Studios Dance professionals. Full time Dance training programs are offered for students wishing to pursue a professional career in Classical Ballet or Jazz and Stage. Professional students will also be touring dancers with Perform Art Studios Youth Ballet Theatre Company!
Academic Training:
A strong academic program, headed by Barb Webber, BC Certified teacher and former Principal of Bowen Island School is integrated with the professional Dance training program. Academic studies provided by Burnaby Online allow for serious dance students to combine the demands of professional dance training while maintaining high academic standards.
